An out of memory

 I had a problem when i put my database format excel  he give me this error please anyone can help me  i m stressed and this year i will graduate and now i do my final project report

What version of Excel is used? The 32-bit version of Microsoft Excel is limited to 2 GB. So, if the processes require more than 2GB, Microsoft Excel will run out of memory and the error message will appear.

Is it a big Excel file? If so, it is recommended to select 'Less memory consumed for large Excel (Event mode)' option in the General model.
