Compile Error at every steps

I'm new to Talend and installed (it's 7.3) it Today...

I was able to add a connect with MS SQL, and was able to see the schema, BUT (just for testing), when I try to run the job (Read the table and put into file, simple), it's throw a "Compile Error".

After searching online, I check the preferences as well, under Talend --> Window -->

preferences --> Java --> Installed JRE --> Location...it's pointing to JDK\16.0.1...

Not sure what's an issue is.

Can someone please help, I feel like, Talend is a challenging at every component, once I resolve one error, it throw an another one.

I'm attaching 2 screen shot, one for what's an error, and another is for Location of Installed JRE.

Hello,

Java 16 is not list in the compatible Java Environment.

Please refer to this online documentation about: TalendHelpCenter:Compatible Java Environments
