Dowe have any Talend User reference guide or development guide for learning

Hi guys ,

Recently my i joined in a company  and they started using etl as Talend. I am from informatica background. Now i want to learn talend in short time. Do we have any User reference guide or development guide or administration guide  for learning. version not yet designed in the company mostly it would be 6.3 or it may be 6.4.0
