Encoding issue when retrieving schema from csv file

Hello,
After updating SDI to 1.2.0 I get a strange error when I settup a medata for my csv file, when I have to set up the options of my csv file and click to refresh button to see the preview, a windows tell me "Preview error. Some settings must be changed. Note: Preview errors are generally due to a wrong encoding setting."
The encoding parameter is right, I tried to change the encoding of the csv file and other thins but this error always appears.
If I try to open a metadata windows for an other file already set up (from a previous releseas) I get the same problem.

Using TOS 2.4.2, all seems working finally. I am waiting the next release of SDI using TOS 2.4.2

what is the default encoding for text ,.csv and xls file .if anyone know kindly tell me.
