Error installing Talend 7.0 Open Studio for Data Integration on Windows 8.1 Pro

I have come across the similar Issue reported and resolved in the community. But that solution didn't work for me hence posting.

 

Experiencing the error (log file attached) while installing Talend 7.0 (64 bit) Open Studio for Data Integration on Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit). JDK 1.8 (64 bit) as well is installed on the machine.
