Execution of job problem because of different versions of Talend

Hello,

I'm working on a subject for school but I'm working on 2 differents computeur which both have different talend version, so obviously I can open my job only on the latest version. I'm wondering if you have an idea to open my work on the old version (if it's possible...)

Could you please give us a more bit information about your background? What's talend build versions are you using? JDK version?

Did you get any error message when you open your jobs in the old version?

Hello, 

The old version is 7.0.1 and the latest is 7.1.1, java is 211 and when I "import" my job it send me back a error (I can't tell you what now because I don't have the talend school here). 

I know we can't use composant of recent version in old version but I don't want to start everything again

Please note that talend forbid import of items from an upper version.
Try this solution(not supported officially).

Copy your job (.item,.properties files) under the workspace directory(new version). Go to studio-->windows-->show view-->General-->Navigator(old version). Open your project and paste the job(.item,.properties files) into "Process" package to see if you can open the job.
