Hi, I'm trying to create aconnection using the Qlik JIRA Connector, but the process fails with the following error: 'Failed on attempt 1 to GET (The remote server returned an error: (410) Gone.)'. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it?
Hi, that's caused because Jira change the APIs, so the connectors should be upgraded. In cloud it's solved, as it's always updated, the recent version of web connectors also solves the issue.
I suppose the last OnPremise version also has the updated connectors but I haven't tested yet.
Hi Rubenmarin,
do you know where I can find more information about this?
At the moment, I’m using the following versions:
Talend Studio: 8 (Build 20250822_0619-patch)
For the Jira Input component, I see the following libraries:
component-runtime-design-extension-1.83.0.jar
component-api-1.83.0.jar
I already checked the release notes (R2025-09 cumulative monthly patch), but there’s nothing mentioned regarding the recent tJiraInput component API change.
How can I verify whether Qlik has updated the Jira component, and if so, which version I should be using?
Thanks,
Nesuark
Hello @Nesuark, sorry I thought this was for analytics, I don't know about integration tools.
In case it helps, here is something about the deprecation: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Service-Management/JIRA-API-errors-with-Gone-410-This-AP...
And a possible alternative solution for analytics (but maybe there is something similar on integration): https://qlikcrm.my.site.com/QlikHelpCenter/s/article/Qlik-Sense-and-the-JIRA-Connector-and-JIRA-Serv...
