Have signed up for Cloud trial (EU), and from this downloaded Talend Studio Cloud, 7.0, but when I try to retrieve a licence from the Cloud EU, it refuses to recognise my username and password. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

It was my bad - I realised my mistake and forgot to update this post. On the fetch licence screen I was using my email address (incorrectly), when it in fact required the account id - eg john.smith@trial01234.eu.talend.com. It's a little confusing as up to this point (of setting up portal trial / studio software etc.) I had only ever needed to sign in using my email address (eg to access the portal). It is not until you go into Profile Preferences in the portal that you can see a 'login name'.
Anyway - all working/sorted now.
