How to download BPM and external library for Talend MDM Platform ( Talend Studio ) in case of Installed server does not have internet connectivity

I have a remote server which has no internet connectivity because of company security policy. I just installed V7.1.1 Talend MDM platform and it try to download some external libraries and BPM but it throw error Network is unavailable. 

could any one please help me on this. is there any way I can download these out of server or need to open any firewall request for a port to download this components.

Talend public repository https://talend-update.talend.com/nexus/content/repositories/libraries/org/talend/libraries

This nexus is used by the Studio to download mandatory and optional third party libraries from the Studio and this repository is maintained by our R&D
