Install on different server: which services on which server ?

Hello,

We will install a Talend Data Plateform Services (6.5.1 / linux) on different servers, with the following servers :

  • taladmin : TAC & Nexus
  • taletl : Jobserver
  • talesb1 : Runtime, ActiveMQ
  • talesb2 : Runtime, ActiveMQ

My question is : where do I had to install the following services ?

  • SAM (Service Activity Monitoring)
  • Service Locator

They seem to be installed with the Talend ESB part, so I guess they are to be installed on talesb1&2 in my case. But the Service Locator is supposed to do load balancing according to the doc, and I don't see there is install the frontal one. Do I need to install it on the taladm server via the TAC ?

If you have answers or link to an explaination / tutorial, it'll be great.

Thanks

There is only one thing that I don't find : which url do we had to call to use the load balancer / Service Locator? I didn't find any information about it.

We have the following configuration :

  • 1 server TAC who have the Service Locator
  • 2 server ESB on which we deploy the service
