Open the Modules view (Window->Show view->Treenode Talend)
Click on the green arrow on the right upper site --> This open the Download Manager.
Here you will see all Modules and here you can download the missing jars.

Hi,
Thanks for your responses , but I still have the same problem. I can't click on the button "Download and install all modules available" even I select the Jar.

The problem is that I can't find the buttons "Download and install" in the culumn Action (List of modules.. view).
The first image is token from my TOS version , the second is token from talend help center
I am working on windows XP SP3 , I think the problem is about the OS version , because it doesn't appear when I try to do the same operation on windows 7 with the same version of TOS
It sounds like a bug

hi
Can you confirm that you could not find the following icon nowhere on your dialog box? See red circle in screnshot below.
Because in your initial screenshots we cannot see the far right end of your screenshot where the button is supposed to be.
Make sure there is no horizontal scroll bar or try to resize your screen to make it show.
If you confirm this, then I would tend to say it is a bug.
Something I don't quite understand though is: did you try on both OS (Win7 & Win XP) and one of them work?
Cheers
Elisa

Hi,
I find this button, it opens the dialog box. But when I try to add the jar file with the dialog box , nothing happens. what I can't find is the button "Download and Install".
I tried to do same operation on both OS(WINXP and WIN7 ). It works on WIN 7 but it doesn't work on WIN XP

Hello,
1) Do you mean that for the same missing jar file (jt400_V5R2.jar) you have a different behavior on Win XP and Win 7 ?
2) When you say "it works on Win 7" do you have the "Download and Install" button for jt400_V5R2.jar ?
3) and you only have only the "install button" that open the local file browser on the Win Xp ?
Indeed if that is the case then this is a bug, because the jt400_V5R2 is available from our update site so you should always see an "Download and Install" button.
ps: We have deprecated the Studio 5.4 for Windows XP meaning we shall not fix any issue on XP anymore. One work around for you would be to install manually the jar file into the folder <TOS_root>/lib/java/
