Issue TAC after migrating 7.1 to 7.3

Hello all,

We try to migrate from talend 7.1 to 7.3 (backup env).

The migration is OK and no error in the Tool Database migration.

But after the migration we cannot run job : old migrated jobs but also new imported ones

Nothing append when we try to run or deploy.

When I restart the service we have the error "frozen exec"

I try to restart service and database, but the error persist

Also, i don't know if there is a link with this problem

The table usergroup_user have an error.

it seems that we have 3 columns in 7.1 but only 2 in 7.3

I try the migration 3 times, and same problem : job seems to be frozen
