Java was started but returned exit code=1

I have TOS v7.2.1 installed and haven't used it in a while. I tried to use it today but was getting errors. I downloaded and installed JDK-19, updated the ini file as indicated in multiple threads related to exit code=1 but still getting the error. This is windows 10 64bit.

I tried downloading the latest version of TOS but haven't received the email to download.

Help much appreciated.

Version 7.2.1 isn't supported on JDK 19. You need to be using 8 I believe. v7.2.1 is actually no longer supported so our documentation for it has been archived, but I believe it was JDK 8 that was required.
