I am using TOS Data Integration 7.2.1. During job design, if i use any component, it asks me to install related dependency. Upon trying to do so i get "Network is unavailable. please fix it." error . Also observed that "Download and install all modules available" button is disabled. PFA screenshot. I have gone through below post already but unable to resolve the issue.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
No, there's no domain integrated HTTP/HTTPS proxy. Where should the following line be added?
Dtalend.proxy.HttpClient.useDefaultSettings=true
In Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.ini file?
Hello,
Yes, it is. You can add -Dtalend.proxy.HttpClient.useDefaultSettings=true for .ini file and restart studio.
Bet regards
Sabrina
I did that and the issue still persists.
Hello,
Can your the machine access Internet and you are able to connect to Talend's update-nexus site?
Best regards
Sabrina
Yes, my machine can access internet and I'm able to connect to Talend's update-nexus site.
Hello,
Could you please indicate what's JDK version you are using?
Best regards
Sabrina
Was a solution every found? I'm having the same issue since I upgraded to Big Data 7.3.1-R2020-05. Very frustrating.
Hello,
This issues is usually based on your case (network, firewall...). Please let me know if you are you are behind a domain integrated HTTP/HTTPS proxy that insists in intercepting the HTTPS traffic.
Best regards
Sabrina
Issue is still here today: Open Studio for Big Data V8.0.1 20211109_1610 running on zulu11.54.25-ca-jdk11.0.14.1-win_x64 (tried also Eclipse Temurin jdk-11.0.14+9).
TOS BD is able to download relevant packages just after unpacking the zip, then no way.
Of course I have no connectivity issues, even other TOS suites work as expected (e.g. Data Integration 6.2.1, 7.3.1).
Any help in working around this bug?
Hello,
Are you blocked on automatic download? Is it possible for you to download usual jars not unsupported jars?
Best regards
Sabrina
