Open Studio Data Quality Error PTR_sizeof

Hi,

i have downloaded the open studio data quality ( TOS_DQ-20170510_1410-V6.4.0.zip)

I am running java 1.8 when i try to start the product using TOS_DQ-win-x86_64.exe i get an error message and the log output is as per below

Hello, What's OS you are using? Does this issue repro on other build version? Talend open studio for Data quality 6.3? Best regards Sabrina

Hi,

Apologies for the delay in response.

I am running Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

I have tried the prior version TOS_DQ-20161216_1026-V6.3.1 which has worked, would like to get latest version going also.

Hi,

Could you please try to re-install your studio V 6.4 to see if it works? We suppose that your installation is incomplete.
