Open Support Ticket to Obtain Patch R2021-12_v2 for Talend DI Open Studio 7.3.1

I am using Talend Open Studio DI 7.3.1 and I need to obtain patch R2021-12_v2. I have gone through the customer registration process ]but I do not see the Contact Support button to open a ticket.

How can I open the support ticvet in order to obtain the patch for the log4j vulnerability?

Hi Lance

The patch is only available for enterprise subscription products. We have received messages from R&D team that they are working on updating TOS with log4j fix, we will update to you as soon as possible.
