PostgreSQL 14.x upgrade

per PostgreSQL web site  - PostgreSQL 14 will stop receiving fixes on November 12, 2026.

is there a plan to upgrade PostgreSQL to 15.x using the QPI tool ? what is the plan moving forward?

Good question!

Currently, there's no QPI (Qlik Postgres Installer) version that will upgrade the database to versions greater than 14.7/14.8.

The good news is that Qlik Sense officially supports 16.x and 15.x.

I believe it is safe to assume the next QSEoW 2026 will come with a postgres upgrade recommendation.
