I have a problem that impacts the completion and deployment of Qlik Sense in a virtualized environment.
The VM in question is a Windows Server 2022 Standard, 8vCPUs and 72GB RAM, this is located in the Cloud in a VMware environment, hosted on a national cloud provider.
The server is exposed on port 443 and regularly visible on the customer's infrastructure and, as additional information, authentication occurs via the LDAP service (regularly configured), the machine's firewall is turned off.
The problem arises when, after installing the wildcard certificate, via the mmc console, copying the thumbprint in the Qlik console and restarting the Qlik Sense Proxy service, this does not allow the correct use of the management platform nor of the hub, returning a blank page. Once the certificate has been removed from the mmc console and restarted, the Qlik service starts working again but, obviously, without being able to complete the necessary configurations.
