Problems with downloading jars and integration perspective

Hello,

When I open integration perspective in Talend Studio, it's asking to download some jars as seen in the screenshot. But when I click "download all", I get error that download for the jars failed, as is seen in the second screenshot. 

Please advise what is the reason of download failure.

Hello,

Please make sure on below points:

1. You have a good internet connection on the studio machine.

2. You can access URL update.talend.com from the studio machine to download the jars.

3. Are you using the internet or proxy?

update.talend.com is not accessible. Can I do anything on my end to access it?

You can directly try to upload the jars in your studio by going to Studio > Window > Show View > Module > Click Open.

In the Module, clicks the import external jars and select the jars.
