I have done a Qlik sense restoration on our new Prod server earlier it was installed only in DR server,
After installation of Qlik sense in Prod QMC is completely greyed out and none of the tabs can be used.
Hi, that inactive QMC happens when a user without permissions access the QMC. Did you logged in with the user having the permissions? Usually the user thta initiates the services has all permissions, try logging with that same DOMAIN\User.
If you have changed domain and used different user you can also adjust user domain account in posgres qsr db so the new user you are using has root admin assigned.
