Qlik Sense November 2025 - Postgre SQL compability

I can see in this document "Sense Enterprise on Windows Release Notes - November 2025 Initial Release" the point where it says::
"As part of our ongoing commitment to security and platform resilience, we are introducing an automatic upgrade of the embedded PostgreSQL database from version 14.17 to 14.19. This update will be applied to all installations currently running an older supported version within the 14.x track. New installations will be installed with embedded PostgreSQL version 14.19"

we can see that
"Versions before PostgreSQL 18.1, 17.7, 16.11, 15.15, 14.20, and 13.23 are affected".

Can I upgrade Qlik Sense to version November 2025 and Postgre SQL to 14.20?
Is that so that Qlik Sense version November 2025 is only compatible only with Postgre SQL 14.xx, not for example with version 17.xx

You alway have to upgrade to the compatible version described in the documentation. Check Qlik documentation to follow the installation/upgrade procedure.
