JIRA is a ticket tracker system and it has not functional relation with Talend Open Studio.
What kind of repository do you want to setup with JIRA? JIRA does not have a repository.
I would like to know how to setup repository using jira on talend open studio.
Could you please give us more description about your requirement? Are you looking for SVN "shared repository"?
