I don't think the certification is translated in French but I will investigate to be sure.

The certification exams are closely tied to the training materials. As the training materials are localized into French, so will the exams. Expect these to start appearing around July.

The translation of the DI materials is underway now; as soon as they come back in the next month or so we'll translate the certification exams.

TOS for DI certification exam is now available in French. The Enterprise and Big Data certification exams will be available next month.
