Talend does not open after update

Hello,

I use Talend 7.3.1 and today, when I open Talend, I have a red message telling me update is required, and the button "update". After click in this button, Talend does not open any more.

A log file is created in configuration folder after I click on Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe.

but no error inside, only:

how can i fix this?

Hello,

We don't see any error stack in your log file. Is there any more error message in studio log?

It is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log

You'd better raise a support case on talend support portal so that we could give you a remote assistance through support cycle with priority.
