Talend for Big Data 7.2 Studio not responding

Hi Team,

I am using Talend for Big Data 7.2 ,while i am opening the studio its keep on Loading but not opening ,even I waited for 3 Hours

Please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

- Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)

- Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)

- Studio installation path
