Talend perspective does not appear in Show View

I have installed Talend Open studio community edition several times but now I do not see the 'Talend' perspective when selecting 'Show view'. I am using v7.3.1 and colleagues do not appear to have an issue. Is it a preference setting or perhaps an issue with previous installs? Any help on this would be great as projects will not work without the perspective installed.

Please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

- Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)

- Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)

- Studio installation path
