Hello,

Could you please try to kill your current talend studio within the Windows Task Manager and restart it to see if it works well?

We need more information to address your issue and please upload the log message, which is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello,

We met a similar issue before. There might be a compatibility issue with Forefront Firewall, that prevented Talend to do web socket connections.

Is it possible for you to remove the Forefront client to see if it is working well for your case.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello,

Are you behind proxy? Is your network OK with you? If so, we assume that there might be a bit tricky network traffic pattern caused by the proxy server.

Best regards
