Trouble installing Talend Open Studio

Hi,

I am trying to install Talend Open Studio 8.0.1.0 on my Windows PC but I have the following error :

I have already installed Java SDK v21.

I have also followed recommandations about the JAVA_HOME and PATH environment variables (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-21 and C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-21\bin) and I still have the same error...

Hello,

Java 21 is not supported Java environment for talend open studio 8.0.

Please try to use java 11 to see if it is working for you.

The updates for Talend products delivered in May 2024 came with the requirement to start most of the modules with Java 17. The following tables provide information on the recommended Java Environment to use with your Talend product if you are using a version that does not contain the updates and patches from May 2024(applicable for talend open studio V 8.0)
