I have downloaded the TOS. but, while installation on clicking the button "I accept" noting happens. its not getting navigated to next window.(Apache License window freeze)
JDK version: 1.8.0
version 7.2.1 runs successfully with same configurations and PC

Is there any error message in studio log? Which is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log
What's your OS? Could you please refer to this online installation guide about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems to see if you are on a compatible operating system?

There is no error message in the log file. my OS is Windows 10

We cannot repro this issue from our end. Talend open studio for V 7.3.1 and Window 10.
Could you please re-install your studio to see if it works?

This could be due to an old JRE/JDK version sometime. Do check if you have the recent version of JDK/JRE.
