Unable to install additional modules

Hi,

I recently have issues with downloading additional third party modules from Talend. There are 2 kinds of scenarios where this can happen:

• Downloading additional packages from Help >> Install Additional Packages >> Optional third-party libraries.
• When prompted to install packages for a certain component, I clicked Download and install all modules available.
  e.g.
  
  After clicking, the dialog closes. But I'm still prompted to download the exact same module.
  

I've been able to download other Talend modules, so I don't think this is a proxy/network problem.

I'm currently using Talend 7.1, and this issue also happened a few months back when I was using version 7.0. This didn't happen when I was using 6.4 though.

Any ideas on what's wrong and how I can get the installation running properly?
