Hello,

Could you please extend "Details" button to see if there is any more information? The network connection is OK with you? Are you able to download tFileExcel-Components from talend exchange portal directly and install them into studio by manual?

Here is online documentation about: TalendHelpCenter:Installing a custom component

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello,

Could you please indicate on which talend build version you got this issue? We will make a testing for it.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello,

We made a testing to install these custom components into studio V 7.3.1 and it works from our end. Please use java 8 or 11 instead of java 9 in your environment.

Here is online installation guide: TalendHelpCenter:Compatible Java Environments

Hello,

Ensure proper version of JDK is installed. For v6 of Talend products JDKv1.8 is required instead of JRE. If that requirement is met, ensure JDK bin is included in your PATH environment variable and is being reached.

Let us know if it is OK with you.

Best regards

Sabrina
