I am trying to do a software update for TAC using the server patch. I have all the configurations for the software update green checked but I keep get this message from the Software update > server patch page:
Software update repository cannot be reached (https://talend-update.talend.com/nexus)

Is there a Proxy used by the TAC server?
If so, these steps have helped another customer with the same symptoms:
1. Stop the TAC service.
2. Edit the file <TomcatPath>/bin/setenv.sh.
3. Add the following HTTPS proxy configuration parameters:
CATALINA_OPTS=$CATALINA_OPTS -Dhttps.proxyHost=Enter.Proxy.Here
CATALINA_OPTS=$CATALINA_OPTS -Dhttps.proxyPort=8080
CATALINA_OPTS=$CATALINA_OPTS -Dhttps.nonProxyHosts="localhost|127.0.0.1"
Note: Please ensure that the HTTP/HTTPS nonProxyHosts configuration does not include talend-update.talend.com.
4. Once done, save the file.
5. Restart the TAC service.
6. Navigate to the configuration page and verify the connectivity.

Thanks for your help.
I don't use a proxy, and this setup is in a test environment on Windows Server not Linux.
If this solution works too, please confirm it.
They should be applied, but before that, could you please change the Talend update URL (https://talend-update.talend.com/nexus) to https://talend-update.talend.com, removing /nexus from the path and see if it will help.
This is done on the Configuration page.
I tried this URL but got this error
Artifacts repository is unreachable URL https://talend-update.talend.com/service/local/user_account/walid1.
