Using multiple SVN repositories with one TAC installation

Is it possible to use multiple SVN repositories to store Talend code within one instance of TAC? Specifically, I am wondering about the case where one project references another and the code for each is stored in two different repositories. I just get an error stating that the objects have been modified by another user.
For example:
Project A (Parent) references Project B (Child - i.e. "referenced project"). Project A is stored in SVN repository A, and project B is stored in SVN repository B.
When I open Project B (Child) using the Studio, everything opens fine. When I close the Studio and try to open Project B I get an error telling me that the objects have been changed by another user. This happens even after I delete and re-create my workspace directory.
