We are facing an issue when we try to import our jobs from Talend v5 to Talend v8 : the items are invalid. We use Talend Studio to import the jobs.
When we install the portable Studio, the import is ok : it's why I'm pretty sure our issue is related to the token migration that we never received from Talend; we only got the installers & the licence.
I'm surprised because it says here (https://help.talend.com/r/en-US/8.0/migration-upgrade-guide/setting-migration-token-in-talend-studio) that "
you can import a project or project items exported from an earlier version of Talend Studio before the expiration date of a 90-day grace period from the first installation of Talend Studio or before the date set in the migration token, whichever comes later. Upon successful import, all imported items are signed."
We are blocked since a week because of this issue, the support was contacted by mail (customercare@talend.com) but we have no answer for now.

From Talend 7.0 onward, a digital signature is added to each project item when it is saved in Talend Studio. When importing a project or project items, Talend Studio validates the signatures and rejects items with an invalid signature. This is a security measure to prevent accidental or malicious modification of project items.
Is there any Migration Token key provided by Talend team? Could you please let us know your support case id so that I could check it with our support team to see the process?

Thanks for your answer.
We finally received the migration Token key from Talend, after 2 weeks asking many times.
It's a shame that 1/ the migration token key is not provided automatically by Talend with the licence 2/ the installation of all talend components are possible without the token 3/ when you try to import old jobs the error is "invalid content" and not "no migration token key.
For a licenced software, this should be easier for us Talend clients : we encountered many issues during the installation that are not technical but just knowledge (like this migration token).
