For now, we don't support for eloqua.
There are Oracle connectors in Talend (tOracleXXX, tAmazonOracleXXX ).

These components are just Oracle components which don't help to Oracle's Eloqua Integration.
Please create a new feature jira issue of DI project on Talend Bug Tracker
https://jira.talendforge.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa. In this way, our developer will check it to see if it is possible to integrate Eloqua with Talend product.
