Hello,

It looks like the "Check URL" returns success for the remote connection in the Manage Connections dialog as all others can access projects without issues.

Have you already checked permissions on the project authorization page? Do you have the appropriate permissions for this specific user?

Best regards

Sabrina

Hi,

I am also having the same issue where I can't retrieve any projects after the patch. The check URL button seems successful

I have read/write access to the projects.

Any one know how to fix the issue ?

On which talend build version you got the same error? Talend Data services platform V 7.2.1?

Best regards

Hi Sabrina

We are on Talend Big Data 7.2.1 , the issue arise straight after the patch

If I purposely enter the incorrect credentials it still respond with the Studio can't access the resource from server.

The check url button does not return anything if credentials are correct but still I get error

Hello,

I'm suspecting that there might be a bug in V 7.2.1.

Could you raise a support request for this one please? They will be able to work with you on inspecting your configuration to see what could be causing this.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hi , talend suport as picked up this issue. Seems to be related on config.ini

I've maneged to fixed by reinstalling talend studio, using another user. All user had correct permissions , but when installing latest patch using my user profile it crashed.

-> talend support answered this

Your issue is caused by the content of your config.ini file, which might be different from your colleagues file and explains why it works for them.

I suggest you install the latest patch as this would fix this issue.

Currently the latest Studio patch is "Patch_20220114_TPS-5007_v1".
