project cant be opened after starting talend (Java problem?)

I dont know what happened and unfortunately I am new to this java environment and talend so I dont know what this error message means and what I could do.

the job is compiled with Java 8 even though you have Java 11 installation, so you should have Java 8 or 11 installation on the server where the job is executed.
