[resolved] Talend not recognizing system variables

I  have the two system variables set up below.  But when I open Talend I keep receiving the error below.  Any ideas why its still referencing the wrong path?
A Java Runtime environment (JRE) or Java Development (JDK) must be available in order to run Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.  No Java Virtual Machine was found after searching the following locations:
 c:\Talend\5.5.1\studio\jre\bin\javaw.exe
javaw.exe in your current path

JAVA_HOME - "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_80"
path - %JAVA_HOME%\bin;%JAVA_HOME%\jre\bin
