sqlexplorer plugin error, but installed

Hi all,

I'm using Open Studio for Data Quality 7.0.1 (Microsoft Windows 7 64bit, connected to Microsoft SQL Server, Java version 1.8.0_131).  When trying to open the results of a Data Analysis (right click --> 'View Rows'), I'm receiving the following error message

"ERROR org.talend.dq.helper.AbstractOSGIServiceUtils - Missing the plugin net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer!"

However, as you can see in the attached screenshot, the plugin should be installed. Any Ideas what to do now?

Hello,

It's recommended that you re-install your talend open studio for data quality product to see if you are able to install the required jars?

Feel free to let us know if it doesn't work.

Best regards

Sabrina

Hello,

The SQL Explorer plugins cannot be shipped with Data Quality for licensing reasons, but which are required for Data Quality to run correctly.

Have you tried to open top, on the "Additional Talend Packages" pop up dialog,  and select "SQL explorer for Data Quality" to download to see if it is OK with you?

Best regards

Hello,

Could you please have a look at this jira issue about:https://jira.talendforge.org/browse/TDQ-15717 to see if it is what you are looking for?

Hi,

not sure. I did not get the described error message in the log.

The "Install Third Party Libs" dialog is empty, but I'm now receiving the following pop up dialog, how can I install the required jars?

btw, the pop up dialog in the screenshot is not popping up every time I'm opening the "install additional packages", seems to be a bit non-deterministic.
