tUnpivotRow

Hi there,

I've imported a Job that uses the tUnpivotRow component.

I do not have this component in my Studio.

Can anyone please tell me how to get this component into my Studio?

Hello @Rui Motta​ ,

The tUnpivotRow  is a custom component from talend exchange, you need to install it manually by the below steps:

1. login https://exchange.talend.com with your talend community account to download the tUnpivotRow zip file
2. follow the below article to install the custom components in the studio

I'm unable to download the zip file as the site keeps telling me "Permission denied, please provide correct credentials" when I try to sign in.

I rename the zip file to .jpg file and upload it (as it only allow to upload the image file)

please download it and change the file extension to .zip file

I've followed your instructions, I've followed the instructions on the link you provided (https://help.talend.com/r/en-US/8.0/install-update-custom-compt/installing-custom-component) and I'm still unable to see the component in the palette.

I changed the xml file accordingly

It donesn't need to change the xml file , just try to :

1. unzip the tUnpivotRow zip file and copy the folder tUnpivotRow to the custom_component folder

2. In Talend Studio, click Window in the toolbar, then Preferences > Talend > Component. setup the folder as the below
