tmatchgroup component

Hello I am new, I'm using the TOS 7.3.1.. I wanted to try out tmatchgroup component, but it is not available in my palette. Where can i get/download it?

The tmatchgroup component belongs to the Data Quality family and in Standard properties framework it is available in Talend Data Management Platform, Talend Big Data Platform, Talend Real Time Big Data Platform, Talend Data Services Platform, Talend MDM Platform and in Talend Data Fabric not open source.
