Am unable to download Talend studio through official page due to security block , Only way is to get source code from GIT and deploy .

My goal is to use talend to load data into postgres database . Can anyone help me to install talend on linux machine ?

Installation through the mentiond link by you is not possible as it is blocked due to security purposes at work . Can you please help me to install the same through GIT HUB link ?
