When I applied to register for the Qlik Academy program on November 28, 2025, I was directed to the following verification page. When I selected my university on this page, I received an error stating that university services were not defined. As a student, I want to visualize my reporting work with Qlik Sense. I can verify my student ID with an official document issued by the government. I kindly request your assistance in verifying my account for the Qlik Academy program regarding this matter. I have uploaded screenshots of the verification screen and error screen to the ticket.
Thank you for your support. I was able to find the steps to the solution as follows. For those experiencing verification issues like me, I have briefly outlined the steps to the solution below.
1- Depending on the issue you are experiencing, you can contact us using one of the following options:
· Verification: If you need assistance with your proxi.id student or educator verification, email request@proxi.id .
· Set Up Qlik Sense Business: If you did not set up Qlik Sense, follow these set up Qlik Sense Business instructions.
· Resources: As part of your membership you have access to training and other resources. To access those go to Qlik Learning Portal and login.
· Qlik Sense Business Interruption: If you are experiencing a Qlik Sense Business interruption, please visit the cloud status page for updates https://status.qlikcloud.com/ and information on resolutions.
· Qualification Exam: For assistance with exams, email education@qlik.com
2- If you are having trouble verifying your student status; If you write about the problem you are experiencing to request@proxi.id and send your student documents, you can register for the Qlik Sense Academix program by receiving a manual verification code;
