SAML Error when logging

Hello,

 

The company I work granted us with special access to le Qlik website, so we can have special content regarding training especially.

However, when I try to log in with my professionnal accout I get the following error : "SAML Error: Error saving user from SAML for organization ID 4962: Email has already been taken. Trace ID 49f-67y-dfb".

Can you please help me to solve this issue ?

Hi, 

I think an account not linked to SAML, with the same email is already used. I assume you are using Qlik Cloud, then first, you have logged with your email. You can try to remove it, and retry to log on with SAML
