Qlik Sense February 2021 , May 2021 fails to install if .net Framework 4.8 is not preinstalled

Environment

• Qlik Sense February 2021 for Windows 
• Qlik Sense May 2021 for Windows 

Resolution

For Qlik Sense February 2021 GA,   download and install manually the net 4.8 Framework. 

For Qlik Sense May 2021 GA ,    download and install manually the net 4.8 Framework; download also the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019   x64 bit version. 

Cause : 

Under investigation, seems related to recent Microsoft updates on Framework 4.8 and missed VC++ libraries for  Postgres on May 2021.
