Verify that no user and password are entered in the Login tab.
Open the QlikView Management Console
Navigate to the QlikView server seeing the issues
Click on the Login tab
If credentials are present, remove them and Apply the settings.
Verify that the QlikView service account has full permissions to its C:\ProgramData\QlikTech folder and all files within.
Re-apply the license and reset the QlikView Server folder. Note! This will clear all configuration settings and CAL assignments and requires the system to be licensed again. Only recommended for new installs.
Stop the QlikView Server service
In a Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech
Rename the QlikViewServer directory
Start the QlikView Server Service
This will create a new directory.
Verify if the settings are available. If so:
Stop the QlikView Server service
From the renamed QlikViewServer directory, cop the CALData.pgo and Settings.ini and copy it into the new folder
Start the QlikView Server service
Alternatively, if the previous option does not work:
Stop all QlikView services
In a Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\ProgramData\
Rename the QlikTech directory
Start the QikView services
This will create a new directory.
Verify if the settings are available. If so:
Stop the QlikView Server service
From the renamed QlikViewServer directory, cop the CALData.pgo and Settings.ini and copy it into the new folder
