How to Enable Debug Logging in License Service

To enable Debug Logging for the Qlik Sense License Service:

1. Stop the QlikSenseServiceDispatcher service.
2. Make sure in Task Manager > Process tab > there is NO "Qlik Licenses Service" running (which indicate that the service has been killed). If you see there is "Qlik Licenses Service" running, please kill/end that process.
3. Go to C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\ServiceDispatcher
4. Open services.conf 
5. Locate the [licenses.parameters] section
6. Add the line
   -log-level=debug
   
7. Restart/Start the QlikSenseServiceDispatcher service
