JWT certificate is rejected in virtual proxy settings with error:

Invalid public key certificate

Resolution

The certificate must meet the following requirements:

  • The certificate used must contain the public key, if only the public key is pasted, it will be rejected.
  • The certificate root authority that issued the certificate must be installed in Windows (Local computer > Trusted Root Certificate authorities) on the Qlik Sense server and the certificate recognized as trusted by Windows
