Qlik products will register an abundant variety of messages in its logs that range from low critical Error only to high Debugging informational level. Within this range Error and Warning type of messages are included and may or may not represent noticeable change in system behavior and/or end-user experience.
When requesting assistance identifying the reason / root cause for an Error or Warning for which no official documentation has been made available, Qlik Support requires that an actual system behavioral symptom that is apparently related* to the error/warning message in question in order to investigate it and provide further information.
*When drawing conclusion as to whether the error/warning is related, a systematic test with timestamp for when symptom occurs along with the registered log error/warning message is required.
