This article lists the most common root causes and solutions to the App not found error.
Is the app available on disk?
Verify it the Qlik Sense app is available in the expected folder. For information on how you have configured your Service Cluster and app location, see Service Cluster.
Can the end user access the app?
Verify the Security Rules and that the user has the correct Read and Create permissions for both the hub and QMC.
Restart the Qlik Sense services
Restart the services. Then duplicate or export the app again.
Restore the app
It may be necessary to restore an earlier version of the app in case of app corruption.
Review your anti-virus settings
The Qlik Sense log files may show:
